The Streaming Media Pavilion returns to the floor of InfoComm for the third straight year, confirming the importance of this technology to InfoComm attendees.

Occupying more than 10,000 square feet of space on the exhibit floor, the Streaming Media Pavilion will showcase the products and services of more than 20 streaming vendors. The technologies on display here are aimed at the creation, editing, encoding, hosting, management, and distribution of video and audio over the Internet and internal IP networks.

Pavilion Theater

In addition, the pavilion will boast a theater area where industry experts will present nine hour-long sessions devoted to the topic of streaming media. The sessions are designed to provide audience members with practical information that will help them develop their own streaming media solutions for use in corporate, educational, government, retail and special venue settings. All sessions will be offered during the three days of the InfoComm exposition, which runs from Wed., June 8 to Fri., June 10.

Just an hour in length, the sessions are designed to pack maximum information in a minimal amount of time. They are also designed to maximize interaction between audience members and panelists, so don’t be afraid to bring your questions!

Some of the sessions will be oriented towards hands-on demonstrations of how to effectively make use of streaming video in PowerPoint presentations and in live webcasting sessions. Other sessions will provide a more general look at advances in streaming technology and at the process for developing an effective streaming strategy for your organization.

Session topics and speakers are still being finalized, so be sure to keep an eye on this website to be kept abreast of the latest news on the Streaming Media Pavilion theater schedule.

While it is not necessary to pre-register for the pavilion theater sessions, seating is limited and is offered on a first come first serve basis. All sessions are free of charge to show attendees.

Session Organizers

The Streaming Media and Video Production Pavilion has been organized by the ICIA in conjunction with Primedia, publisher of such industry leading technology trade magazines as Video Systems, Sound & Video Contractor, SRO, Mix, and Millimeter.
